Somatic release techniques

 

Simple Energy Clearing Technique

Calms the mind and grounds our body to the earth. Take a deep breath, visualize your body as a tree trunk or waterfall, connected to the Earth.

Allow your intuition to speak: let go of other's perspectives and opinions.

Create this energy ball to make a flow with your hands. Move the energy ball to the blocked part of your body where there is tension or trapped emotion: worry or dear. Visualize this release flowing back down into mama earth.

Thank the Universe of yourself for this release and for trying something new to heal yourself.

 

Removing Emotional Clutter: 9 Breaths of Purification

3 main energy challenges from pubic bone through the chest, throat and through head like a funnel.

  1. Divide clutter into 3 categories: Anything that triggers sadness or anger.

    Sit cross legged with an elongated spine. Inhale through left nostril and visualize green beam of light rising and falling within your center or spinal cord. Switch hands and visualie steam coming out through your right nostril.

  2. Second set of three: begin with opposite nostril: This is to release any pain due to love.

  3. Third set of three: Releases confusion with life or victim mentality: (feeling of why me?)
