Online Coaching For Women Across the Globe
You’ve done the therapy.
You’ve read the books and heard the podcasts.
You know your patterns and what’s keeping you stuck.
You’re not failing at life. You’re simply exhausted. Burnt out, struggling with motivation, frustrated.
You’re the most reliable one in the room. And perhaps the most depleted at home. That nervous system has been in go-mode for so long that it can’t compute slowing down and resting.
You know exactly why you do what you do because you’ve done the self development, you’re healing your inner kiddo, and you have the language for those self sabotaging behaviors. You understand the patterns of self protection, those defenses you learned as a child, and you’re moving past guilt.
People pleasing. Anxious attachment. Mother Wound. Not just buzz words, but real concepts you identify with, understand and still struggle to truly move on from.
You’re still repeating those old patterns, using old tools and struggling to move forward.
You apologize before you’ve said anything. You’re the woman who asks “if that makes sense” and you make your body and presence physically smaller.
You’re the most insightful and curious person in your life. You’re waiting to be “ready” for bigger, better, different.
Sound familiar?
You don't have a knowledge problem. You have an integration problem. There's a gap between what you know and what your nervous system actually believes, and that gap is exactly where this work happens.
This is one-on-one coaching for the woman who wants undeniable confidence, to trust herself implicitly, and to take up real space at home, at work and in relationships.
Let’s be honest from the jump. Coaching is for you if:
You’re high functioning and not actually living.
You’re white knuckling, gripping the day with panic and fear, doubting yourself.
You want support that can keep up with you, challenge and cheer you on, hold you accountable and not let you people please nor shrink.
You’ve been in therapy/have a therapist and are ready for the next phase.
You’re committed to being your self, to no longer performing, and you’re willing to risk in real time messing up and being great.
You want a cheerleader without the challenge.
You’re in active crisis and need clinical care first and ongoing.
You don’t understand how your behavior contributes to your stuckness.
You’re looking for a replacement for therapy, a different container.
You want a slower pace, more exploration and digging into the past.
You’re not ready to do the work in between sessions, only inside them.
Coaching is not for you if:
Which one (or more) are you?
The Recovering People-Pleaser She knows she does it and tries hard not to. She's read the self-help books and understands she’s got an inner kiddo stuck in the past. She can spot the pattern in someone else in five seconds flat because she knows that mask and quiet signs of dying inside better than she wants to. The "no" still doesn't come out clean when Mom asks for a favor. The "yes" leaks out before she's decided and she hates herself for this. In coaching, we catch the yes the moment it's leaving your mouth. We rehearse the no until your body can survive saying it. With respect, not shame.
The Good Daughter She built a personality around being easy and as an adult today, now understands why. Easy to love, easy to mother, easy to recommend at work. The one her caregivers didn’t have to “worry” about while they gave all attention to a sibling. Her parents tell people about her, their successful daughter. She hates the performance, wants to stop it and needs handholding while she tries. In coaching, we name what’s really happening. We work not to pick up your parents’ stuff like the expectations you inherited. We make room for the version of you that's allowed to disappoint a parent and still be a good person. With respect for what got you here and what you want the relationship with your family to be.
The Strong Friend Three group chats are open at all times. She's the first call in a crisis and the last person whose crisis gets noticed. She makes a joke when someone asks how she actually is because telling the truth would devastate the vibe. In coaching, we practice being held instead of holding. We figure out who in your life is up to the job of showing up for you, and we start there. We find the helpers, the real ones, your tribe. With respect for how heavy the carrying has been.
The High-Functioning One The one nobody worries about, quietly envies and silences on socials. She gets the promotion, the wedding, the house, the trip. Her life appears nothing but full and satisfying, lucky almost. She also gets the 9pm jaw clench, the racing thoughts, the "I'm fine I'm fine I'm fine." Her doctor says her bloodwork is great and yet she can’t sleep, works out and takes the vitamin B. In coaching, we slow it down and track what your body's actually saying under the productivity. We work the version of "fine" you've been performing for so long it almost feels true. With respect for everything you've built and to that doctor who won’t dig deeper.
4 step process to get started:
Step I — You apply. The application takes about 10 minutes. It asks you the questions a consult call usually does, so we're not wasting time.
Step II — We talk, or we don't. If your application reads like a fit, I'll invite you to a free 30-minute consult. If it doesn't, I'll tell you. Either way, you get a real answer without wasting your time.
Step III — We start. You pick your tier. We schedule a start date. The work begins.
Step IV — We work. Three-month minimum. After that, we keep going as long as the work is doing something real.
2 ways to work together:

What's included:
Voxer voice and text access, weekdays
Real-time support for hard conversations, panicky moments, decisions that can't wait
Response within a few hours on weekdays; no weekends
Google folder with resources, info and ongoing notes
Best for: Women with a busy calendar who need a sassy thought partner on standby and don't want to schedule another standing weekly appointment.
Tier 2 — Sessions + Voxer
$1,600/month · 3-month minimum ($4,800 total)
What's included:
2 × 60-minute coaching sessions per month (you decide when)
Full Voxer access between sessions
Response within a few hours on weekdays; no weekends
Client-led session recap via Voxer
Google folder with resources, info and ongoing notes
Best for: Women who want the full container. Maximum accountability, maximum access, maximum push.
Two ways to connect: online for your scheduled sessions, and in Voxer between them.
Voxer is a voice and text app. You hold a button, talk, send like the old school walkie talkies. I hear it on my end, respond when I'm next on, and we go from there. No scheduling, no Zoom link, no waiting two weeks to handle the thing happening right now.
The point is daily contact. Not "check in once a week and hope." Daily. Because the moments that actually move your life forward are not happening at 2pm on Tuesday during session. They're happening at 9:47am when your boss sends an email you don't know how to answer. At 6pm when your partner says the thing that makes your chest go tight. At 1130pm when you're rehearsing the conversation with your mother for the eighth time.
Meet your Sassy Coach, Jaclyn Borgia:
Equal parts sassy, silly and direct, you'll discover quickly that I will dive in head first to support you.
I spent decades being the responsible one. Then I went to grad school, then I got licensed, then I built a private practice, and then I realized the thing that fundamentally changed my own life wasn't more insight. It was someone in my corner refusing to let me stay stuck.
That's the lane I coach in now.
I'm Jaclyn Borgia. Fifteen-plus years clinical, five running my own private practice, and a lifetime of being the woman everyone counts on. I'm the unofficial Mayor of Social Town, the reason that idea made it out of the group chat and into a memory we'll never forget. I coach high-achieving women through anxiety, people-pleasing, boundaries, mother wound, attachment styles, and the nervous system work that makes the rest of it stick.
I'm also a recovering eldest daughter. I know the script you're running because I ran it for decades. The smiling when you wanted to scream. The yes-ing when your whole body said no. The reading the room until you forgot what your own voice sounded like.
You can expect me to workshop the email to your colleagues with you, to name the patterns of behavior you've been tap dancing around, and tell you what I really think when you ask. I won't bullshit you and I will pep-talk you back into remembering who you are.
If you want someone who'll meet you where you are and refuse to leave you there, I'm your girl.
