My approach

As a confidence coach, I approach everything with unconditional love and acceptance. But because I’ve got your back, that means I’m going to tell you the shit you don’t want to hear.

If I make an observation I think will help you, I will tell you. If I notice a pattern of behavior, a mental block, or repetitive negative thinking, I will tell you. When I see you making progress and stepping into your power as a badass, I will tell you.

We are a team.

Together, we will uncover your biggest barriers to success, and we will take them down

I will tailor the coaching experience to be what you need. I’ll ask you what support needs to look like for you so you can do your best. I”ll ask you what your goals are and how you want to track them.
